Swing Shift Compressed Work Schedule Mon - Thurs 2 PM to 12:30 AM

Are you mechanically inclined, dependable, and interested in building a career in advanced manufacturing? Our client, a specialized manufacturer of precision components for electronics and microelectronics, is hiring Machine Operators. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and full training will be provided.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Operate specialized production equipment that has been set up by a lead or engineering team member

  • Inspect finished components and identify quality defects using precision measurement equipment

  • Collect and accurately record production and quality data

  • Follow engineering drawings, operating procedures, and quality standards

  • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and improving processes

  • Progress toward equipment setup, programming, maintenance, and performance optimization

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn

  • Mechanical or technical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work

  • Strong attention to detail when inspecting products and recording data

  • Comfort using basic math, including algebra and geometry

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
