VP Exploration

We are seeking a VP Exploration to help lead and oversee an active tungsten-focused exploration and resource definition program near Montello Nevada. This leadership role focuses on geological oversight, drill program management, technical workflows, and supporting long-term project advancement within a fast-moving mineral exploration environment. The position offers an opportunity to play a foundational leadership role within a growing exploration company focused on building a strong long-term technical team.
Compensation: $700 - $850/day (USD), experience dependent

Opportunity to help shape and grow a multi-rig exploration program
Work within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial exploration company environment
Provide high-level oversight of geology and drilling programs
Support and guide technical workflows and exploration strategy
Oversee resource definition activities and project advancement
Manage and mentor senior geologists and technical field staff
Support permitting, metallurgy, and technical reporting initiatives
Assist with operational planning and field program coordination
Help solve technical and operational challenges as programs expand
Support positive team culture and efficient exploration operations
10+ years of mineral exploration experience
Experience overseeing drilling, geology, and resource definition programs
Strong understanding of permitting and project development workflows
Experience with 3D geological modeling software such as Leapfrog
Geology degree required
Comfortable working between remote office and field environments
Interest in long-term project growth within mineral exploration operations
