Branch Manager – HVAC Distribution

We’re looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead and grow our Hayden, Idaho location. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of branch performance, combining sales leadership with operational oversight.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, developing your team, and ensuring the branch runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of branch performance, including P&L responsibility
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 (sales + warehouse)
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory, customer service, and warehouse performance
  • Ensure best practices in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key metrics such as fill rates, inventory turns, and order accuracy
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, market trends, and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales leadership or branch management
  • Experience in HVAC, industrial distribution, construction, or mechanical industries
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and profitability
  • Solid operational awareness (inventory, logistics, team management)
  • A hands-on leader who leads from the front
  • Strong focus on safety, accountability, and team culture

Note: Candidates with purely operational backgrounds (without sales leadership) are less likely to be a fit.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
  • Bonus: Performance-based (tied to branch results)
