We are seeking a Control Panel Wirer to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in electrical controls and custom-built industrial systems. This role focuses on assembling and wiring low-voltage control panels using electrical schematics, panel layouts, and engineering documentation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on electrical professional who can read schematics confidently, work with minimal supervision, and produce clean, high-quality panel wiring ready for testing and shipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
  • Assemble and wire low-voltage control panels according to engineering specifications.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, ferruling, and device terminations.
  • Install components such as terminal blocks, relays, PLC-related devices, Ethernet modules, and power supplies.
  • Route and bundle wiring neatly to maintain workmanship and serviceability standards.
  • Perform basic functional checks, continuity testing, and assist with panel testing.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of control panel wiring or electrical panel assembly experience.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Experience using hand tools, crimp tools, wire prep tools, and electrical testing equipment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once tasks are assigned.
  • Experience reading engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift materials typical of panel shop work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UL 508A industrial control panels.
  • Familiarity with PLC I/O, industrial networking, and instrumentation components.
  • Experience building custom industrial control panels for infrastructure or manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot wiring issues during testing or inspection.
  • Experience working in custom fabrication or production environments.
