Our client, a well-established manufacturer of industrial motor controls and electrical control systems, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their growing team in Dallas, Texas. This company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality control solutions used across a wide range of industrial applications. This position will support machining operations by operating CNC lathes and CNC routers to produce high-precision components used in electrical and control system assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
$35 - $40 / hr + 401k with company match & medical, dental/health benefits
Monday - Thursday day shift schedule - 6 am - 4:30 pm (mandatory OT Fridays / Saturdays) during larger project cycles
2 weeks PTO (negotiable for the right candidate)

Operate CNC horizontal and vertical mills/lathes to machine precision components to specification
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain HAAS Horizontal Lathes, Kent Vertical Mills, & JET Manual Horizontal Lathes
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform machine setups, load materials, monitor machining processes, and inspect finished parts
Experience operating HAAS and JET Lathes & Kent Vertical Mills
Experience with manual mills or manual lathes is a plus
Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Familiarity with G&M code, machining parameters, and workholding methods
Experience programming with Fusion 360 or Mastercam + AutoCAD experience (Editing/reviewing drawings)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
5 + years of CNC machining experience preferred (technical training or coursework acceptable)
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training is a plus
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks related to machining work
