Our client is looking for a driven Back End Developer to join their engineering team. In this role, you’ll help build and enhance backend systems that support critical revenue workflows for large, complex organizations. You’ll work on a mature, large-scale product with real customers, contributing to meaningful improvements while learning from and collaborating with experienced team members. Curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset are key.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the core sync platform.
Deliver reliable, well-tested code while improving existing systems.
Address challenges related to performance, scalability, and data consistency.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and customer-facing teams to solve real-world problems.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades and architectural improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of backend development experience with C#/.NET.
Strong foundation in system design, object-oriented programming, and working with data-intensive systems.
Hands-on experience debugging and operating production systems.
Comfortable with APIs, databases, and distributed services.
Effective communicator capable of explaining technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
