Our client in Dallas, TX is expanding into a brand-new electrical facility and are looking to bring on an experienced Electrical Quality Control Technician to join the team. This is a hands-on quality control role working with industrial control panels, motor control systems, and electrical assemblies before they ship to customers.

$ 25 - 34 per hour
Monday - Thursday 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Opportunities for Optional / Mandatory overtime

Perform quality control testing on industrial control panels and electrical systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Conduct High Pot (Hi-Pot) testing up to 480V power
Use voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment
Perform functional testing on control panels, breaker systems, and motor control systems
Load PLC programs (no advanced programming required BUT is a bonus)
Work with VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control components
Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues prior to shipment
Experience with control panels, motor controls, breaker systems, and VFDs
Ability to confidently read electrical schematics
Experience performing High Pot testing & PLC Troubleshooting & Program Loading (preferred for higher pay range)
Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Schneider PLCs
Solid troubleshooting ability
Understanding of PLCs and control systems
