Our client, A well-established electrical contractor in the Greater Vancouver Area, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their growing team. The company specializes in commercial, institutional, tenant improvement, and EV infrastructure projects and is known for delivering high-quality work while fostering strong leadership and career growth within the field.

This role is ideal for a Red Seal Electrician/Foreman with proven foreman or lead-hand experience who enjoys leading crews on-site, coordinating with project teams, and driving projects from planning through successful completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $49.00–$60.00 per hour + Overtime, based on experience

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 - 4:00 pm

  • Tool, clothing, phone, and laptop allowances ($400.00 / YR Tool Allowance) 



What You’ll Be Doing as an Electrical Foreman

  • Lead and supervise crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality

  • Coordinate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget

  • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints

  • Plan layouts, schedule work, and manage material orders

  • Ensure compliance with BC Electrical Code and site safety standards

  • Train, mentor, and support apprentices and journeypersons


What We’re Looking For in an Electrical Foreman

  • Red Seal Electrician certification (required)

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand

  • Strong knowledge of commercial or institutional electrical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schematics

  • Comfortable using Procore, Fieldwire, PlanGrid, and other construction software systems (Tech-Savvy) 

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
