About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to grow and manage their presence across Amazon and other third-party marketplaces, while supporting ecommerce initiatives on their primary websites. This role focuses on marketplace execution, merchandising, performance analysis, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and motivated to scale ecommerce through optimization, automation, and clear reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Growth

  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces

  • Own marketplace merchandising (titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, categories)

  • Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, traffic, and inventory health

  • Coordinate promotions, deals, and marketplace programs

Ecommerce Support & Optimization

  • Support website ecommerce initiatives, launches, and promotions

  • Assist with conversion rate optimization using performance data

  • Maintain catalog, pricing, and inventory consistency across channels

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports

  • Analyze trends and provide clear insights and recommendations

  • Ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and repeatable

Automation, AI & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks

  • Leverage automation and AI tools for listing optimization, analysis, and workflows

  • Audit processes and develop scalable SOPs

Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams

  • Stay current on marketplace policies and industry best practices

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–5+ years of ecommerce or marketplace experience

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

  • Strong understanding of merchandising and conversion optimization

  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and SOP documentation

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Walmart or other marketplaces

  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and automation tools

  • Experience using AI tools and/or paid marketplace advertising

Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 per year
