Architectural Metals Project Manager

Full-Time | On-Site

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Metals Project Manager to join a well-established organization with over 45 years of success in architectural metal systems. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, career-oriented professional who can hit the ground running and is looking to grow within a stable, respected company delivering complex projects across North America.

  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage architectural metal panel projects from bid through closeout, collaborating with owners, GCs, shop, admin, and field teams
     

  • Oversee budgets, labor hours, equipment, material costs, change orders, RFIs, and monthly billing
     

  • Prepare material take-offs (panels, sub-girts, insulation, membranes, fasteners) and manage procurement and lead times
     

  • Lead submittals, including shop drawings, engineering packages, product data, and samples; verify approved submittals for accuracy
     

  • Conduct site and shop inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in architectural metal panels/building envelope
     

  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications
     

  • High proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Bluebeam, and Excel (panel tracking, cut lists, cost controls)
     

  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, architectural systems, and cost drivers
     

  • Experience in completing RFIs, RFQs, change orders, budget management, scheduling, and documentation
