Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Metals Project Manager to join a well-established organization with over 45 years of success in architectural metal systems. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, career-oriented professional who can hit the ground running and is looking to grow within a stable, respected company delivering complex projects across North America.

Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)
Manage architectural metal panel projects from bid through closeout, collaborating with owners, GCs, shop, admin, and field teams
Oversee budgets, labor hours, equipment, material costs, change orders, RFIs, and monthly billing
Prepare material take-offs (panels, sub-girts, insulation, membranes, fasteners) and manage procurement and lead times
Lead submittals, including shop drawings, engineering packages, product data, and samples; verify approved submittals for accuracy
Conduct site and shop inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
5+ years of Project Management experience in architectural metal panels/building envelope
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications
High proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Bluebeam, and Excel (panel tracking, cut lists, cost controls)
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, architectural systems, and cost drivers
Experience in completing RFIs, RFQs, change orders, budget management, scheduling, and documentation
