Remote Account Manager

What You’ll Do as an Account Manager

  • Grow a portfolio of clients: Develop relationships with manufacturing companies looking to hire.

  • Drive hiring results: Act as the key link between clients, candidates, and other recruiting team members to engage and land talent to meet the clients needs

  • Own your success: Build a business within the business—your activity directly drives your earnings.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in the recruitment industry, ideally managing a full 360 desk or working in a client-facing capacity. 

  • Proven business development or account management experience.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise decision-makers.

  • Experience recruiting or selling within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or construction is a strong asset.

  • Experience selling into both Canadian and US markets is an asset.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive, resilience, and ambition to grow a high-performing portfolio.
