They are seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team on a one-year contract in Vancouver, BC, supporting customer renewals and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, who thrives in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer renewals using Salesforce CPQ, including quotes, contracts, and approvals
Track renewal timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Support sales and account teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
Identify and resolve discrepancies in contracts, billing, and renewals
Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (required)
Experience in renewals, contract administration, sales operations, or senior administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
