This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys contributing to both service excellence and clinic performance.
Welcoming and checking in clients with professionalism and warmth
Creating positive “touch points” throughout the client journey
Managing bookings, inquiries, and front-desk operations
Supporting consultations and client follow-ups
Promoting clinic services and premium skincare products (e.g. SkinCeuticals)
Engaging in warm client outreach from an established database
Consistently meeting KPIs related to service quality and sales performance
A strong background in customer service and sales
Confidence working toward KPIs and performance targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and client care
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
