What You’ll Do
Lead and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO 9001, and internal policies
Review and interpret applicable regulations and aviation standards
Audit work orders for accuracy, completeness, and airworthiness
Communicate audit results and oversee corrective/preventive actions
Develop and maintain QA and SMS policies, procedures, and manuals
Liaise with customers and regulatory bodies, including Transport Canada
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development for the QA team
Support Safety Management System activities, including investigations and corrective actions
Uphold documentation integrity, confidentiality, and best practices
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years in a technical aviation role
Experience in QA and/or SMS within the aviation industry
Valid TC AME licence or equivalent audit/SMS training and experience
Strong understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork orientation
Willingness to travel occasionally

Salary range - $84,000 – $105,000 / Annually
