They are seeking a General Manager to join their team in Bangor, Maine. In this role, you will take full ownership of the branch. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, branch performance, and team culture.
You’ll have the autonomy to introduce new processes, build a stronger service environment, and take a high-growth branch to the next level.

What You Will Do:
Oversee Parts & Service to ensure seamless workflow, timely service delivery, and top-tier customer support
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and uphold fair discounting practices
Meet and exceed revenue, budget, and performance goals
Work with Operations Managers to develop strategies that boost efficiency and branch growth
Continuously suggest improvements to Parts & Service processes
What You Will Need:
Service Manager experience in Heavy Equipment
Strong, confident leadership and team management skills
Background in operations, workflow optimization, and customer service
Ability to build trust, implement change, and elevate performance
A commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
