  • High autonomy to run your territory like your own business

  • Car allowance plus travel reimbursement for flights and rentals

  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and cell phone allowance

  • Opportunity to join a small, high-impact team with a 60+ year history and significant growth potential

  • Career growth into senior sales or leadership roles for top performers

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own and manage your regional territory across Northern CA, Northern NV, OR, and ID

  • Prospect, qualify, and win new accounts using tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce

  • Collaborate with engineers, buyers, and operations teams to uncover technical needs and provide value-added solutions

  • Drive RFQs, quoting, and margin-focused sales results while maintaining consistent follow-up and customer engagement

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven experience as a technical or value-added salesperson, preferably in contract manufacturing, machining, assembly, cleanroom, fabrication, or similar environments

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret drawings or blueprints (plastics experience is not required)
