About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Distribution Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a busy regional distribution center. In this role, you’ll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and team performance—ensuring products move efficiently, safely, and with exceptional accuracy. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, order processing, and freight coordination.

  • Support and enforce inventory control procedures in collaboration with corporate inventory teams.

  • Track and monitor operational metrics and KPIs, addressing issues and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Communicate regularly with management to provide operational updates and implement strategic direction.

  • Work with customer service teams to resolve distribution-related issues quickly and professionally.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment; ensure adherence to safety standards.

  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to promote a productive and positive culture.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and general facility oversight.


About You

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations, including team leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Clear and confident communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
