Competitive compensation package of $130,000 – $165,000, plus 401(k) matching and full benefits

Leading safety, audit readiness, and compliance efforts across the QC Analytical group
Managing analytical tools, equipment downtime, and business continuity planning
Driving strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for QC operations
Monitoring KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lab performance
Mentoring, coaching, and developing QC engineers and analysts to strengthen team capability
A BS/MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Leadership experience in semiconductor QC is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of GLPs, ISO standards, SPC/SQC, cleanroom protocols, and safety practices
Proficiency with LIMS, XML, and JMP, plus experience with audits and cross-functional collaboration
Your strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills will support a high-performing QC team
