QC ANALYTICAL ASSOCIATE MANAGER

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Leading safety, audit readiness, and compliance efforts across the QC Analytical group

  • Managing analytical tools, equipment downtime, and business continuity planning

  • Driving strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for QC operations

  • Monitoring KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lab performance

  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing QC engineers and analysts to strengthen team capability


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A BS/MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Leadership experience in semiconductor QC is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of GLPs, ISO standards, SPC/SQC, cleanroom protocols, and safety practices

  • Proficiency with LIMS, XML, and JMP, plus experience with audits and cross-functional collaboration

  • Your strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills will support a high-performing QC team
