Our client, a global leader in the creation of geoscience analysis, modelling & collaborative technologies, is looking for a Sales Administrator on a 12-month contract to support their growing sales team. 

If successful, you will be joining a highly skilled, highly productive team of technical experts who are passionate about what they do. They are a friendly, intelligent, and supportive bunch and are looking forward to you bringing your expertise to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Supporting the sales department with ongoing projects and administrative tasks

  • Solving quote and invoice issues

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

  • Compiling monthly sales reports.

  • Expediting orders through internal teams

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Salesforce and Excel expertise 

  • Strong Communication

  • Exposure to SOX is highly preferred

  • Enthusiastic 

  • Quick Learning
