Bilingual Pricing Coordinator (French/English)
📍 Remote — Candidates must be based in Calgary, AB, and able to come into the office occasionally when required
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for Bilingual Pricing Coordinators to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting gas stations across Canada by analyzing market conditions, adjusting fuel prices, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
We’re hiring immediately and offering several schedule options to suit different lifestyles:
Available Schedules (All in EST):
Option 1: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Option 2: Wednesday–Friday, 3:00 PM (or 6:00 PM) – 12:00 AM, and Saturday/Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (with flexibility to close when needed)
Option 3: Monday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday/Sunday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Review and respond to gas station pricing requests, ensuring compliance with market and regulatory guidelines.
Manage inquiries by phone and email regarding price adjustments, system issues, and other pricing matters.
Use Excel (including VLOOKUP) to analyze pricing data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decisions.
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; comfort working with data.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to flexible schedules.
Previous corporate or call centre experience is an asset.
100% Remote work with team support from Calgary offices.
Competitive hourly pay: $19–$22/hr (based on experience).
