We are seeking a Shop Supervisor/Production Supervisor with strong leadership and planning skills to join our team in Delta, BC. In this role, you will oversee production scheduling, resource planning, and shop-floor operations, ensuring that hydraulic and mechanical assemblies are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Plan, schedule, and release production orders in Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP).

• Lead and mentor your shop team — welders, assemblers, and technicians - ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

• Troubleshoot workflow, equipment, and parts issues to keep production on track.

• Manage labor records, approve timesheets, and conduct performance reviews to support your team’s success.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP system).

• Strong understanding of production planning and shop workflows.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical assembly processes (asset).
