What You'll Be Doing:

• 80% field work, 20% shop work
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of construction equipment
• Perform PDIs, hydraulic fluid changes, track adjustments, and basic repairs
• Utilize diagnostic tools and computers for troubleshooting
• Work independently in the field across Mississauga/Oakville territories

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction equipment maintenance (diesel, gas engines, hydraulics, electrical systems)
• Previous experience with rental companies, OEMs, or construction companies is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
