What You’ll Do

  • Grow a portfolio of clients: Develop relationships with mining companies looking to hire.

  • Drive hiring results: Act as the key link between clients and our sourcing teams to engage and land talent to meet the clients needs

  • Own your success: Build a business within the business—your activity directly drives your earnings.

What You Bring to the Table

 
  • Strong background in the mining industry (operations, services, or equipment).

  • Proven business development or account management experience

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: tenacious, driven, and ready to grow something big.
