What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of mechanics while keeping the shop running smoothly
Assign shifts, set clear work priorities, and maintain high repair standards
Implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime
Manage budgets and track equipment performance
Oversee seasonal equipment readiness and coordinate repair schedules
Run safety meetings, train staff, and ensure compliance with OH&S and commercial regulations
What You Bring:
310T or 310S Mechanic License
Solid experience in fleet maintenance and preventative programs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of provincial commercial regulations and OH&S standards
Flexibility to support the team after hours when required
Experience with maintenance tracking systems is a plus
