Inside Sales Representative – Calgary, AB

Our client, a top-tier North American building supplies company, is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join their energetic team in Calgary. What You Will Be Doing 

• Process incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and responding to client inquiries

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of sales procedures and ensure compliance with internal processes

• Coordinate shipping logistics, prepare outgoing packages, and maintain accurate inventory and purchase order records

• Assist in warehouse operations as needed

Who You Are 

• 2-5 year of experience in sales support or operations

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg and willing to learn forklift operations
