Our client, a leading civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Northern California. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing technical division, with the flexibility to work out of a selection of offices. You'll play a critical role in shaping essential public infrastructure while helping guide strategic growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Leading design and delivery of water and wastewater systems including pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, and storage systems
Managing project schedules, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
Acting as primary contact for clients, ensuring project quality and satisfaction
Providing technical review and mentoring junior staff
Supporting business development efforts and contributing to long-term strategic growth of the water/wastewater group
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
At least 8 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure
California P.E. license
Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across multidisciplinary teams
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
