What You’ll Do

• Lead safety, quality, environmental compliance, and productivity initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies
• Collaborate across Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams
• Coach, train, and develop your team for long-term success
• Maintain high housekeeping and 5S standards
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs

What You’ll Bring

• Technical degree (Engineering or related field)
• 5–10+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven knowledge of Lean, TPM, and Kaizen
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a strong asset
