Our client, a global leader in roofing, insulation, and waterproofing products with over 70 years of innovation, is seeking a Production Manager to take ownership of plant operations in Ashcroft, BC. You’ll drive safety, quality, and efficiency while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily plant operations: safety, quality, environmental compliance, cost, and productivity
Implement Lean, TPM, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate across departments (Quality, Maintenance, HR) to meet performance goals
Coach, train, and develop staff for long-term success
Maintain 5S standards and high housekeeping levels
Monitor and report KPIs
What You’ll Bring
Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience)
5–10+ years’ leadership in manufacturing or production environments
Proven track record in Lean, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a strong asset
