Responsibilities:

• Answering the phones
• In/outgoing mail and couriers
• Ordering office supplies
• Making travel arrangements
• Keeping track of employees that work out of this location
• Assisting the production and manufacturing managers with various administrative tasks
• Hours: Monday-Friday, regular business hours.

 

Requirements:

• Excellent speaking/communication skills required
• Previous office experience is an asset, but not required
• The ability to multitask is essential
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel required
• Team player
• A vehicle is highly suggested to get to the office location
