WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Managing the day-to-day engineering-related project elements

• Simultaneously managing multiple projects in different stages

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

• Guiding the design-build teams through design intent to preserve the design quality of a project

• Collaborating cross-departmentally 

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  
  WHO YOU ARE:

• 4 + years of work experience specializing in various Engineering services within the building design and construction field

• Experienced in various Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines

• University Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field (Electrical and Mechanical)

• Experience inspecting and supervising various MEP disciplines during construction and providing solutions to overcome site challenges
