This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, financials, and staff management.

What You Will Be Doing The ideal candidate will have a proven track record running a profitable distribution or wholesale business, with strong sales management skills and the ability to build and motivate a small team.
You will be accountable for meeting sales targets, driving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Lead branch sales efforts and identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial HVAC markets
Oversee daily branch operations including warehouse, sales counter, and inventory management
Manage branch financial performance, budgeting, and credit control
Provide leadership and development to branch staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
