Outside Sales Representative - Everett, WA

Our client, a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC products, is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to join their Everett team. What You Will Be Doing 
  • Build and manage a territory sales pipeline focused on new business development.
  • Identify and target prospective customers through strategic outreach and discovery calls.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships using a consultative, service-first approach.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively prospecting for new business.
  • Collaborate with branch and inside sales teams to support customer needs and drive revenue.
  • Provide timely and competitive quotes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Travel within the territory, with up to two overnight trips per month.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in HVAC or building materials.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow territory revenue.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
