Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic manufacturing facility in Sayabec, QC.


About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you’ll plan, organize, and supervise a team of electrical maintenance technicians. You’ll help optimize equipment performance, oversee projects, and ensure all activities align with company safety, quality, and productivity standards.


What You'll Receive

• Annual salary of $80,000 / year
• 40-hour work week (4 x 10-hour shifts)
• Annual performance bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and motivate your team to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets
• Supervise and support electrical maintenance technicians
• Plan and schedule maintenance work and projects
• Manage and oversee electrical installations and equipment optimization
• Implement control and monitoring systems to ensure projects meet objectives
• Provide off-hours support as part of an on-call schedule
• Be on-site during planned shutdowns under your responsibility

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• Initiative, rigor, and teamwork mindset
