Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to take ownership of plant reliability and lead a skilled team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with leadership vision to drive preventative maintenance, reduce downtime, and support plant-wide operational goals.

What You Will Receive:
  • Competitive salary: $120,000 – 135,000 / annually based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and coach a team of unionized tradespeople and salaried maintenance staff
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and long-term reliability planning
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment uptime and performance
  • Manage plant shutdowns, outages, and seasonal maintenance schedules
  • Champion a proactive preventative maintenance program using CMMS tools (e.g., Maximo)
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

What You Will Need:
  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role in a continuous-process or heavy manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a unionized setting is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo), reliability-centered maintenance, and root-cause analysis
