Our client, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Lorton, VA.


In this role, you’ll partner with residential and commercial contractors, promote premium building products, and grow your territory through strategic relationship-building and exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

• Competitive base salary + commission (Expected FYE of $65,000 - $85,000)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships
• Analyze buying patterns to identify new sales opportunities
• Make cold calls and follow up on leads
• Schedule and attend appointments with prospective customers
• Provide product training and support to contractors and their teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Familiarity with construction/building products is a plus
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
