Administration & Project Specialist

Full-Time | Permanent | Remote (Lower Mainland, BC)
 

Our client, a long-standing and innovative marketing solutions company, is looking for a Project & Administration Specialist to join their team. This role supports both marketing initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations, playing a key part in keeping projects on track and clients well supported.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the execution of print, email, and digital marketing campaigns

  • Format and proofread marketing communications and internal documents

  • Summarize campaign results and generate reports for tracking and analysis

  • Coordinate cross-team deliverables and timelines for product/service launches

  • Maintain accurate data and perform basic audits using Excel and related tools

  • Review vendor invoices and prepare payment notifications

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for team events, including travel and material prep

  • Source and manage supplier relationships (e.g., printers, copywriters), including negotiation

  • Support compliance with internal processes and ensure project timelines are met

  • Provide general administrative support to help teams stay organized and efficient


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in administration, project coordination, and/or marketing support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Salesforce, WordPress/Elementor, and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset but not required

  • Background in direct response marketing is an asset

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a remote setting

  • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
