Join our client, a dynamic boutique design and build firm, as an experienced Construction/Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of projects alongside a talented team of architects, interior designers, and construction professionals, working on innovative and transformative office projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Prepare estimating packages and proposals
Leverage technology to create a more seamless delivery experience for all parties
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage scheduling and trades
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Preparation of overall project budgets and costing
Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
WHO YOU ARE:
7+ years of experience in project leadership, including the construction management of at least 3-4 innovative workplaces/offices.
Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to create a cohesive delivery team
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or Design, or other related fields, preferred
LEED accreditation and familiarity with the Design-Build process preferred
Experience with the entire project lifecycle, from pre-lease services through post-occupancy
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office
In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
