Join our client, a dynamic boutique design and build firm, as an experienced Construction/Project Manager. In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of projects alongside a talented team of architects, interior designers, and construction professionals, working on innovative and transformative office projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Prepare estimating packages and proposals 

  • Leverage technology to create a more seamless delivery experience for all parties

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Manage scheduling and trades

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Preparation of overall project budgets and costing

  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 7+ years of experience in project leadership, including the construction management of at least 3-4 innovative workplaces/offices. 

  • Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to create a cohesive delivery team

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or Design, or other related fields, preferred

  • LEED accreditation and familiarity with the Design-Build process preferred

  • Experience with the entire project lifecycle, from pre-lease services through post-occupancy

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
