Part Time Office Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to support their downtown Vancouver location on a part-time basis. This role is integral to the success of the team, ensuring daily operations flow seamlessly in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is a part-time in-office position, ideal for a professional with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for creating an organized, well-functioning workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize office procedures, equipment, and physical layout to support daily efficiency
Coordinate supply procurement, documentation, and internal events
Liaise with vendors, property managers, and external partners
Maintain a clean, well-stocked office and kitchen space
Support employee engagement activities and foster team culture
About You:
At least 5 years of relevant administrative and facilities coordination experience
Familiarity with tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and internal communications professionally
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in a dynamic setting
