Outside Sales Manager
Western U.S. (Remote – Some Travel Required)
Our client, a highly established, fast-growing, and future-focused industrial solutions provider, is looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and or/ high voltage sales. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across North America while nurturing long-standing customer relationships.
You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, supporting industries such as renewable energy, data centers, mining, military, utilities, and emerging sectors such as hydrogen production.
Split your time 50/50 between growing existing accounts and uncovering new business within them.
Identify and pursue opportunities by staying informed on evolving technologies, programs, and components across industrial markets.
Collaborate closely with inside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Build relationships with key decision-makers—from engineers to executives—by leading with insights and solutions.
Stay ahead of market trends in high-voltage systems, capital equipment, and industrial services to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across the Western US.
A technical sales professional with 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, industrial, or capital equipment sales.
Comfortable engaging in consultative sales with technical buyers, discussing scope, timelines, and complex applications.
Strategic and customer-focused, with a knack for identifying value and building trust across diverse industries.
Experienced in markets such as utilities, renewable energy, automotive, military (e.g., Navy), and heavy industry.
Willing to travel up to 50% across the Western US and able to manage a remote, self-driven work environment.
$80K base + commission | On-target earnings of $120-$140K
Car allowance
Profit sharing (in addition to commissions)
