Are you a customer-focused, results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and closing sales? Our client, a well-known industrial supplier, is looking for an Inside Account Manager to join their growing team!

As an Inside Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to support our clients and manage projects. If you are interested in this position, we want to see your resume!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage sales and quotes via phone and email
     

  • Build and grow customer relationships
     

  • Oversee large projects and keep clients informed
     

  • Support warehouse operations and counter sales
     

  • Prospect new clients and expand existing accounts
     

  • Collaborate with Outside Sales on customer needs
     

  • Flag potential credit risks to management


WHO YOU ARE

  • A College or University degree
     

  • 1+ year in customer service or inside sales (contractor experience is a bonus!)
     

  • Strong customer service, phone, and communication skills
     

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ERP systems
     

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
     

  • Able to identify customer needs and close profitable sales
     

  • Comfortable with intermediate math and material handling equipment
