Our client, an innovative regulatory body, is currently searching for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team for a full-time 3-month contract. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service support as related to the Continuing Education Program and Annual Reporting requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake and respond to registrant emails and phone calls regarding the Continuing Education and Annual Reporting.
Forward inquires to the relevant internal subject matter expert
Update contact details within the registrant data base
Review and address incoming CE and Annual Reporting mail
Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
3 years of previous customer service experience in a professional environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Diploma or degree is preferred but not required
