Our client, an innovative regulatory body, is currently searching for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join their team for a full-time 3-month contract. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service support as related to the Continuing Education Program and Annual Reporting requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Intake and respond to registrant emails and phone calls regarding the Continuing Education and Annual Reporting. 

  • Forward inquires to the relevant internal subject matter expert

  • Update contact details within the registrant data base

  • Review and address incoming CE and Annual Reporting mail 

  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 3 years of previous customer service experience in a professional environment

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills

  • Diploma or degree is preferred but not required
