We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will play a key role in maintaining the plant, production, shipping, and rolling stock equipment, ensuring operations run smoothly.

What you will receive:
Full-time day shift schedule from 7 am - 3:30 pm
Overtime available
Starting rate of $40 - $45 / hour

What you will be doing:
Ensure the continuous operation of all equipment by performing preventative and required maintenance
Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for a variety of equipment and work with the vendors to source parts
Complete all required inspections and maintenance as defined in the company’s quality procedures
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with the Production Supervisor and CSR Supervisor to meet production goals and deadlines
Supervise outside contractors on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
What we're looking for:
Post-secondary diploma/degree in Equipment Maintenance or a related trade ticket (Millwright, Electrician, Welding, etc.), or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to follow all safety protocols (PPE, OSHA regulations)
Good mathematical skills to perform basic calculations
Physically capable of lifting up to 25KG and working in outdoor conditions
