Our client, a not-for-profit regulatory organization, is currently searching for a dynamic and skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team for a full-time 3 - month contract. This individual will provide temporary support for the organization's HR & Facilities department, specifically managing the reception desk and providing front-line service to staff and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing customer service support via phone and email, as well as receiving and signing in all office visitors

  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and processing both incoming and outgoing mail

  • Supporting the Manager, Office and Facilities with building maintenance needs, office seating plan, inventory control tracking, stationery ordering and maintaining our coffee program and supply of fresh fruit and snacks

  • Assisting with other adhoc projects and tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 2+ years of previous receptionist/front desk experience in a professional environment

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills

  • Diploma or degree is preferred but not required
