Our client is a leading construction company specializing in civil infrastructure and renewable energy projects across the country. With a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, they deliver a wide range of services including roads and pads, reserve pits, and underground drainage structures. They are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented Site Quality Manager to join their team in New Braunfels, TX.


As a Site Quality Manager, your responsibility will be to support the Project and Construction Management teams by ensuring all construction work meets project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will be working with all invested parties of your assigned project to assure it is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Your role will involve collaborating closely with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

What will you be doing:
  • Perform regular inspections of the construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance and control procedures
  • Document inspection results, prepare quality control reports, and maintain accurate records
  • Supports the Construction Manager by preparing timely and accurate communication with internal leadership, customers, trade partners, and stake holders on issues, project status, schedule, resources, budget, and forecasting
  • Oversee and facilitate proper execution of the other on-site project management roles and functions
  • Monitor job progress, resolving and reporting minor barriers

What you will need:
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time on an as needed basis, project lengths can vary between 3 to 12 months
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • OSHA 10-Hour, or ability to complete in first 30 days of employment
    Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
