Your Role

• Troubleshoot and repair automated and manual production lines.
• Keep operations running smoothly with facility-wide maintenance.
• Optimize equipment for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, and pneumatics.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (programming experience is a plus!).
• Welding skills? Great to have, but not required.
• Problem-solving mindset with a drive to learn new tech.
