What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair both automated and manual production lines.
• Perform facility-wide maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Quickly resolve issues to maintain productivity and minimize downtime.
• Optimize equipment performance to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure seamless plant functionality.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLC/instrumentation, and pneumatic repairs.
• Proven ability to use PLCs for troubleshooting purposes.
• Welding experience (an asset but not required).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with adaptability to work in automated processes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• A proactive mindset for learning and applying new technologies and systems.
