What You Will Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with the management team to conceptualize and create diverse, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Lead and inspire kitchen staff by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and support to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Actively interact with guests to gather feedback, address culinary concerns, and enhance their overall dining experience.
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence across all dishes served in various outlets.
  • Oversee food costing and inventory management, implementing strategies to minimize waste while maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to health and safety standards, implementing training to maintain a safe work environment.
Who You Are:
  • Passionate about food and the culinary arts, dedicated to excellence in every dish created
  • Over 4 years of experience in kitchen management
  • Enjoys teaching and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and success in culinary careers
  • Available to work weekends
  • Holds a valid driver’s license
