Our client, a non-profit governing body within the healthcare industry, is currently seeking a Program Assistant, Registration & Certification to join their team in Vancouver, BC!
 

This position reports to the Director, Registration & Certification, and the Deputy Registrar. The Program Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client’s processes for granting licensure to practice regulated professions. They will be tasked with a wide variety of administrative functions within the unit, ensuring smooth office administration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Provide CRM system support, including maintaining confidential files and documents, and data entry of applicant/registrant information
  • Perform a variety of application, registration, and certification tasks 
  • Support the Director and team as needed 
  • Answer telephone calls, responding to voicemails, and managing email inquiries 
 
 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Post secondary education (degree or diploma)
  • Previous office administration in a professional environment 
  • Working knowledge and experience in CRM systems, database management, email merges,  internet searches, and minute taking
  • Superior knowledge and understanding of software applications and systems, including Outlook  and the MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with confidential information
  • Work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
