Are you an experienced IT Project Manager?

Our client, International Baccalaureate, a global leader in international education programs, has an immediate opening for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team for a 6 month contract project. The project manager is responsible for migrating to a fit-for-purpose event management system.

  • Evaluating Event Management Systems via product demos

  • Procurement activities (including contracts)

  • Implementation and deployment, configuration etc of all mandatory integrations for new Event Management System

  • Data extraction and migration to new system

  • Oversee all project communication



  • University degree in related discipline, e.g. eduction, computer science, data science desirable

  • Proven technology project management experience with continued professional development including:

    • Scheduling

    • Budgeting

    • Resourcing

    • Risk management

    • Implementation and monitoring

  • Experience leading a project with a budget of $500k plus in a complex, technical environment

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (any belt) desirable

  • Project Management certification desirable

  • Knowledge/experience with:

    • Sparx Enterprise Architect

    • Salesforce

    • Oracle cloud services

    • Power BI
