Our client, a global design and architect firm, is looking in Vancouver to hire a talented Sr. Brand Experience Designer with minimum 10 years’ workplace interiors project experience and the ability to bring organizational values to life through brand experience design. This position will support the Group Director, and Brand Experience Team, and help to guide the project teams from winning stage conceptualization through delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Lead the brand experience strategy from core pillars to manifestations and touch points, to the design of the various components in each touch point as well as create the actual content that is required to convey the desired message
Ability to outline the construction methodology of brand experience components to source and implement on physical projects
Be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of the brand experience work on projects and able to align brand experience deliverables with overall project process
Lead clients from macro decision to detailed micro decisions to get sign off of ideas and prepare for implementation
Keep up to date on latest trends and design inspirations by participating in industry events and professional development opportunities
Generate conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals, and work with Project Manager to align design complexity with target budget
Prepare and pitch winning design solutions to clients, continuously using your one-of-kind talent and admirable work ethic to help bring in new business and/or encourages repeat business
Collaborate with Strategy team, Global colleagues, and local team to deliver design and workspace that establishes and maintains trust to further the relationship of our clients.
Oversee the design intent and provide detailing support for construction documentation and construction of project
Monitor and maintain a high level of design quality within the project team, including mentoring and coaching junior designers to enhance teamwork and skill-building.

10+ years of experience in workplace/ interior graphic design, branding, visual identity design or architecture
Prior experience in environmental graphics or brand experience design
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design or another related field preferred
Proficiency in the latest graphic design software required (PS, Illustrator, Figma, SketchUp, InDesign, etc.)
